Emergency Orthopaedic Care:
Should the need ever arise for you or your family, Nanticoke’s ER is always here and ready to help with quality orthopaedic care.  Through our team of orthopaedic hospitalists, you can receive care for your orthopaedic emergency 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  The orthopaedics hospitalists, provided through our partnership with Delphi HealthCare Partners, provide emergency and inpatient services as well as follow up care to those treated at the hospital. If you see one of the orthopaedic hospitalists during your visit to Nanticoke’s ER and follow up is required, you can see the same physician for follow up care.


Diagnostic Imaging:
Nanticoke Memorial Hospital provides high-quality imaging services at convenient times and locations. Our knowledgeable, professional staff is committed to providing you with efficient and courteous service. Locations include Nanticoke Memorial Hospital and the Mears Outpatient Campus, located on 200 Health Services Drive in Seaford.

Same Day Surgery:
Many orthopaedic procedures may be performed through Same Day Surgery (SDS). Each patient will be cared for by a primary nurse. 
Arthroscopy is the most common surgery, although many other types of orthopaedic surgery may be done on a same-day basis. The entire staff has been trained in the special needs of the short-stay patient.


Physical Rehabilitation:
Nanticoke’s physical therapists offer personalized, positive healing programs helping you regain your mobility so you can return to your life as quickly as possible. 

From inpatient to outpatient care, our therapists offer a range of physical therapy services for:
· Joint replacements
· Traumatic injury
· Low back pain
· Arthritis
· Shoulder dysfunction
