NANTICOKE HEALTH SERVICES ANNOUNCES NEW HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Nanticoke Health Services is proud to welcome Ms. Barbara A. Hendricks, SPHR, MBA, to the position of Human Resources Director. As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Hendricks oversees recruitment, employee relations, and staff development functions, in addition to benefits and compensation administration for Nanticoke Health Services. Her primary role is to ensure that all areas of Human Resources are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Ms. Hendricks has over 20 years of experience in health care and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She received a master’s degree in Human Resources from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and received a master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University in Washington, DC. She brings experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and Human Resource process improvement.
She lives in Delmar, Maryland with husband Edward, a nurse practitioner.
